Throughout his career, Tom has worked in advertising and marketing, and he still does today with his son at Rose and Rose Associates. In addition to his professional work, Tom, after the death of his wife Joyce, authored "Balloon In A Box, Coping with Grief, with the assistance of his son Brock.
Since the release of the first edition Tom & and his son have produced a second edition of the book describing their experiences as they traveled the region making presentations. Tom has told his story to over 2500 people. His mission is to help those dealing with grief, not to fix it, but to help them discover a path to a new normal.
